A 4 week container of unfolding & unfurling. A coming home to yourself. A sisterhood of likeminded women.

Inclusions:

Week 1 – Online Meet & Greet – the beginning of your self love journey
Week 2 – Coming home to yourself – A self love movement class – Introduction to Pole Dance {held at Sanctum Studio, Pomona}
Week 3 – Sisters at Sunrise – A sunrise meet up with Breathwork and Beach swim if you wish
Week 4 – Self Love Session – A 1 hour session of embracing and celebrating your unfurling of the last month (individual and group photos)

A online group chat to connect with your sisterhood and to keep accountable. There will also be a final zoom call for a reflection of our journey together.
