Terms & Conditions
All sessions are by appointment only.
Your booking fee payment is required to hold your session and date held.
Payment on collections must be made in full before your product is ordered. No collections will be handed to clients before payment in full is made.
If you need to cancel your session you are entitled to a full refund excluding the deposit amount.
In the event of bad weather, we will reschedule your session (with the exception of weddings or main events). If the weather is touch and go, the final decision is yours if you want to go ahead with the session. Please note, in the case that we went ahead with the session and weather turns bad I cannot be held responsible for minimum/no photos from your session. Please refer below for re-shoot costs.
The Photographer won’t be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
Sunshine Photography retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.
Negatives, raw digital files, and any unedited photos are the property of the Photographer. Photographs will be chosen by Photographer to edit and supply to Client. Client will not receive every photograph taken, only those chosen and edited by Photographer.
Editing may take up to 15 – 20 working days before your digital files/galleries are ready for sending or viewing. Back-ups on your images cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure you back your images up on a 2nd device.
Gift Certificates are only valid for 6 months; an extension can be requested in writing.
